RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase date with receipt & in original condition for store credit. The item must not be altered in any way. No returns or exchanges will be given after 14 days. All Customized items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refunds are issued as store credit. If you used a gift card at checkout, we recommend holding onto that gift card, as any eligible refund will go back to it. 

Please note: Any shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable and not included in a return refund. Refunds for a return are for the amount paid for the item(s) only, plus any applicable tax. Items can be exchanged once; if your exchanged item doesn’t work out, it can be returned for a refund only.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service at bejkbiz@muttandmini.com to see if we can expedite the order for you.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click on the link within and track your package. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, we cannot change your shipping address.

Product Sourcing

We do our best to source products made in the USA whenever possible. When an item is made in the USA, it will be clearly noted in its description.
